actions to minimise the environmental impact of our activity, mitigate the adverse effects of climate
change and improve the health and well-being of the people who use our spaces.

CARBON FOOTPRINT CALCULATION AND OFFSETTING

Celebrate your corporate event in one of our auditoriums and we will calculate the carbon footprint it has generated.

We also offer you the option of offsetting these emissions in a carbon offset project that
has been certified by international standards.

SUSTAINABLE SPACES

The buildings where our MEETING PLACEs are located are LEED certified. Awarded by the US Green
Building Council (USGBC), LEED is one of the most prestigious international standards in assessing
building sustainability.

LEED Platinum: Castellana 81.
LEED Gold: Luchana 23, Orense 34 and Parque Norte.

MEETING PLACEs are located in buildings certified with the highest accessibility rating: 5-star AIS
(Accessibility Indicator System).

Created by the Foundation for Accessibility and SR, this certification
takes into account criteria encompassing functional diversity, which includes physical, sensory and
cognitive factors; aiming to ensure everyone, regardless of their personal circumstances, can move
around the building comfortably and safely.
