This privacy policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy"), is intended to inform users clearly and precisely about the processing of personal data carried out by the company responsible for the corresponding processing.

Data required for certain processing operations.

The provision of the data requested through any of the channels provided is completely voluntary for Users, although failure to provide certain data or answers to questions that may be asked in the registration processes or in the electronic forms presented to Users may result in the impossibility of accessing the services for the provision of which the personal data have been requested.

 

Information collected from Users

Gmp collects personal data identifying information, such as name, surname, first name, and contact details such as postal address, telephone number or email address on a general basis.

Additional information may also be made available in specific cases, for example in relation to the CVs provided through specific enabled channels or forms or sent by email to the addresses provided.

 

Purposes and grounds for legitimising the processing:

Commercial procedures consisting of sending advertising and personalised commercial communications from our group of companies (Gmp Group) specialising in products and services of interest to our customers and users, using simple segmentation to establish specific distribution lists (for example: building of the Gmp Group in which they work, age, sex, etc.) and always based on information obtained from our own sources. 

Consent expressly given by the user 

In the event that the user provides data of third parties, he/she declares that he/she has their consent and undertakes to pass on the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting the data controller from any liability in this regard.

The user acknowledges the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal details provided, and that these are up to date. Gmp reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false details, without prejudice to any other legal action which may be taken.

The user will be solely responsible for any damage caused to Gmp or to third parties as a result of false or inaccurate statements or information provided by the user.

Recipients of personal data.

Users' personal data will not be passed on to other persons or companies to be used for their own purposes. However, Gmp may communicate the personal data to other entities of the Gmp business group, with your consent where necessary, which may access the personal data and information in order to help Gmp in managing the pre-contractual relationship or processing the request made. Gmp ensures that all these entities comply with data protection regulations, which are also directly applicable to them.

However, Gmp will disclose to the competent public authorities the Personal Data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems and required in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the case.

Data storage periods

Your personal data will be kept for as long as the request is being processed. As soon as the query has been resolved to the user's satisfaction, Gmp will delete your contact details.

With regard to the sending of information related to human resources management, your personal data will be kept for as long as they are necessary to carry out the selection process, and will be subsequently deleted, unless the User (candidate) authorises their retention for a longer period of time.

If you tick the corresponding box, you consent to Gmp sending you commercial communications under the terms established by Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Your data will be kept until said consent is revoked or you request the cancellation of the service of receiving commercial communications. The revocation may be notified at any time through a simple email message toprivacidad@grupogmp.com. You can also unsubscribe from the service by clicking on the link provided in the communication itself.

Your data may be kept, duly blocked, once the aforementioned purposes have been fulfilled for the exercise or defence of the appropriate legal actions, for the duration of the limitation period.

Creation of personalised distribution lists

With regard to the sending of commercial communications, provided that you have given your prior and express consent, Gmp may process certain data which you provide in order to create a segmentation of its users based on known characteristics such as age, sex and the Gmp building in which they work, for the sole purpose of drawing up distribution lists adjusted to the characteristics of its recipients. However, you should be aware that Gmp does not, under any circumstances, obtain this information from third party sources, carry out automated processing of this personal data or make any kind of prediction or evaluation to obtain individual conclusions.

User rights

The user may exercise the rights detailed below against Gmp by sending an email to privacidad@grupogmp.com or to the postal address of Gmp Property SOCIMI, S.A., with registered office at Calle Luchana 23, C.P. 28010 Madrid and tax identification number A-28396042, to the attention of the Legal Department. The request must contain sufficient accreditation of your identity, as well as the minimum content provided for in the applicable regulations. If the application does not meet the specified requirements, Gmp may request that it be corrected. No fee will be charged for exercising these rights.

Security measures

Gmp will treat your personal data in the strictest confidence. It has also implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent their destruction, loss, unlawful access or unlawful alteration. In determining these measures, criteria such as the scope, context and purposes of the processing, the state of the technique and the existing risks have been taken into account.

Warning

This privacy policy applies only to personal data collected or provided by the User through any of the channels provided. The User should be aware that Gmp is not responsible for the personal data protection practices of the websites whose links may be shown on the different Gmp websites.

These non-Gmp websites will be responsible for their own files generated with the personal data provided by the User through the said non-Gmp website, without Gmp acquiring any responsibility whatsoever for these files. We encourage the User to read the privacy statement of each and every website which collects personal data.

This privacy policy may be modified by Gmp after informing of the change in the Application, maintaining the criteria of transparency of information and fair processing which govern the actions of Gmp with regard to the processing of personal data.

Likewise, this Privacy Policy shall not apply to other processing carried out by Gmp for the fulfilment of its own purposes other than those indicated in this Privacy Policy.
