We therefore promote actions that aim to minimise the environmental impact of our activity and improve the health and well-being of the people who occupy our spaces.

The buildings where the MEETING PLACES are located are LEED certified. Awarded by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED is one of the most prestigious international certifications for assessing the sustainable performance of buildings.

SAFE SPACES

Our priority is to offer safe and healthy spaces. Therefore, we have developed a comprehensive plan of measures with special emphasis on:

  • Promoting interpersonal safety distance.
  • Maintaning the capacity limitations applicable at all times.
  • Strengthening and optimising cleaning and disinfection protocols.
  • Improving indoor air quality.
  • Installing technological tools to enable hybrid events.
In addition, the buildings where MEETING PLACES are located have been pioneers in adopting the measures against COVID-19 as per the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification.

      The certification process has involved on-site verification of the adoption and monitoring of a plan of measures aimed at ensuring that the operation and maintenance of the building meets the health and safety standards set by the rating in the current situation of the COVID-19 global health crisis and in the long term.

      The comfort and design of our spaces are complemented by maximum accessibility and the elimination of architectural barriers.

      • Access to the auditorium stage by lift or ramp.

      • Hearing loop system.

      The MEETING PLACES at Castellana 81 and Luchana 23 are located in buildings with the highest accessibility rating: 5 stars AIS (Accessibility Indicator System).

      Created by the Foundation for Accessibility and SR, this certification
      takes into account criteria encompassing functional diversity, which includes physical, sensory and
      cognitive factors; aiming to ensure everyone, regardless of their personal circumstances, can move
      around the building comfortably and safely.

      SPACES OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY

      At MEETING PLACE we work to meet the highest quality standards. For this reason, our venues have the triple AENOR certification of an Integrated Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the rental and management of venues for hosting corporate events.
